We have used Andrew many times in the past for our own customers. This time we needed Penta plumbing for our own home repair. Once again Andrew was onsite and had it repaired right away. There is a reason vail renovations uses Penta plumbing exclusively. Thanks Andrew

After talking to and getting competitive quotes from 3 companies we hired Penta to do the plumbing to update and expand a 2 piece ensute to a 3-piece, adding a shower. The work involved running new water and drain lines for the shower and replacing the old sink and toilet. The work was to involve 2 visits but a third was required when a shower faucet we had purchased elsewhere proved to be faulty. Some companies would have charged extra for this but Penta completed the work within the original quote. The work was always completed on time with no fuss. Our experience with Penta was very positive and we will certainly invite them to submit a bid for the main bathroom upgrade project we are planning for next year.

Andrew and his team are great. They always step up and make sure we and our clients are happy. Always works hard to make sure things get done right and in a timely fashion.

I am so happy with choosing Penta Plumbing for the construction of my apartment. I gave him a copy of the blueprints; he inspected the job site and two days later; I got his price.
His crew was very knowledgeable, HONEST, polite, friendly, and super cautious of their cleanliness. For a matter of fact, I have used them on two other jobs during my construction period.
I will use them if ever needed again and will for sure be speaking their praises to friends and family.

I recently hired Penta Plumbing to re-pipe my house's domestic lines as they were Poly B lines from the 90s. Penta Plumbing sent out installers Victor and apprentice Nate to perform the work, and they did a wonderful job. Good communication, very professional, clean work, and they made very good time as well.

Unfortunately, one of the pipe rings came loose a few days after the install, which caused a minor leak and damage in my front closet. The owner Andrew took this very seriously, and sent a contractor out to repair the damage at his cost.

As someone who works in the construction industry, no matter how good a company is, mistakes will happen. How a company deals with their mistakes can make or break them and I'm happy to say that Penta Plumbing dealt with this quickly and fairly, whereas many other companies wouldn't have cared after they were paid.

I have no reservations in recommending them, and will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

This review is long overdue! Penta did an amazing job on my bathroom, which was a reno I put off because it seemed overwhelming, but went easily because I hired them. Andrew and Marco were patient with scheduling changes and explaining everything. The plumber was great, he improvised a fix that allowed me to use my new shower while we waited for a replacement for a broken part from Moen. I’m so glad to finally have a functional bathroom that looks great.

Great work at a fair price. Andrew (boss man) is a good communicator. They exceeded expectations.

Had Penta booked to remove and add a new toilet. Luckily I did, as Stefan had noticed a leak and quickly was able to solve and replace the valve. Stefan who was doing the work was extremely nice and patient and was a perfectionist on the job. Very happy with the work, on time and reasonably priced. Penta won't disappoint!
